The most prominent rdep is bash which Pre-Depends on dash (#537913), and
together with the missing "Multi-Arch: foreign" field in dash this
complicates crossgrades. While converting a chroot from i386 to amd64,
I discovered that "dpkg -i bash*_amd64.deb dash*_amd64.deb" fails.
