scrollkeeper has been deprecated and unmaintained for years. Its replacement, rarian has been deprecated for years too. More importantly, it doesn't seem to be needed at all. yelp can easily display Docbook help files without any .omf files. Synaptic is clearly the most important package in Debian left using rarian. Please drop the scrollkeeper/rarian code and dependency. We do not intend to ship rarian in Debian 10 "Buster". On behalf of the Debian GNOME team, Jeremy Bicha
