Package: soundkonverter Version: 2.2.2-1+b2 Severity: minor Outside of KDE (in this case just a light window manager running on top of X) soundKonverter, installed from the stable repo, defaults to a dark color scheme wherein selected items become unreadable (white selection highlight over gray text).
Without installing KDE to gain access to the included system settings GUI it is unclear what the proper way of changing the default theme for KDE (or is it QT) apps is. So in addition to being a small useability hassle with the default packaging, I'm not actually able to fix the issue without advice. -- System Information: Debian Release: 9.3 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.9.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages soundkonverter depends on: ii kde-runtime 4:16.08.3-2 ii libc6 2.24-11+deb9u1 ii libcdparanoia0 3.10.2+debian-11 ii libkcddb4 4:16.08.3-1 ii libkdecore5 4:4.14.26-2 ii libkdeui5 4:4.14.26-2 ii libkio5 4:4.14.26-2 ii libphonon4 4:4.9.0-4 ii libqt4-xml 4:4.8.7+dfsg-11 ii libqtcore4 4:4.8.7+dfsg-11 ii libqtgui4 4:4.8.7+dfsg-11 ii libsolid4 4:4.14.26-2 ii libstdc++6 6.3.0-18 ii libtag1v5 1.11.1+dfsg.1-0.1 ii phonon 4:4.9.0-4 Versions of packages soundkonverter recommends: ii cdparanoia 3.10.2+debian-11 ii faad 2.8.0~cvs20161113-1 ii ffmpeg 7:3.2.9-1~deb9u1 ii flac 1.3.2-1 ii kio-audiocd 4:16.08.3-1 pn mp3gain <none> ii mplayer 2:1.3.0-6 ii mppenc 1.16-1.1+b1 ii speex 1.2~rc1.2-1+b2 ii timidity 2.13.2-40.5 ii vorbis-tools 1.4.0-10+b1 ii vorbisgain 0.37-2+b1 ii wavpack 5.0.0-2 soundkonverter suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
