gir1.2-gmenu-3.0/3.13.3-9 depended on libgnome-menu-3-0, but
version 3.13.3-10 seems to have lost that dependency. The typelib
can't work without the library, unless I'm seriously misunderstanding
something.
I suspect this may have regressed while converting it from cdbs to dh.
