telepathy-glib hasn't had a maintainer upload since jessie (oldstable),
and its most recent upload was an NMU before stretch (stable). I removed
myself from the Uploaders list in pkg-telepathy git in 2014, and Jonny
Lamb did the same in 2016; but because there has been no maintainer
upload since then, we are still listed as co-maintainers.
If the Telepathy suite still has maintainers in Debian, please upload the
Uploaders updates from pkg-telepathy git, and preferably also do the usual
tidying that applies to old packages (update to a recommended debhelper
compat level, fix Lintian and multiarch warnings, replace manual -dbg
packages with -dbgsym, consider enabling hardening, that sort of thing).
A similar request applies to telepathy-idle, -phoenix, -rakia and -spec.
