Python3 for the libraries is blocked on some issues around the ABI files (in turn the vscripts and so the version mangling of the symbols). This is still unresolved, and caught Red Hat up too recently who tried and failed to patch it over a few months. Hopefully they work out something they are happy with and then Debian can follow.
