Package: apt-cacher Version: 1.5.1 Followup-For: Bug #353152 I just upgraded to fix the flock() problem, and now see the same error as reported in this bug on lots of _Packages.bz2. Something is definitely funny; it's hard to believe there are so many corrupt files.
Hmm, the names files don't even seem to exist on my system. There is a file with the given name and .notify at the end in apt-cacher's private/ directory. It may be relevant that I have told apt-cacher to use a non-default spot for its cache_dir. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (990, 'stable'), (50, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.4.27advncdfs Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages apt-cacher depends on: ii bzip2 1.0.3-2 high-quality block-sorting file co ii libwww-perl 5.803-4 WWW client/server library for Perl ii perl 5.8.7-10 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction apt-cacher recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
