<shakes head> It seems nobody believes me that this bug had *nothing* to do with the windows 2000 bug or the hack solution currently employed :) I did make this previously clear on the bug thread. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=318487 This was a simple problem with the Debian version of Qemu segment faulting when the 2 gigabyte file boundary was broken. It must of related to Qemu's ability to deal with files bigger than 2 gigabytes. It did not appear in the non-Debian version of Qemu, therefore it was a Debian specific bug. However, I'm glad to say that I tried the latest Debian version of Qemu and the problem appears to be solved. As it never seemed to exist in the official Qemu release, I can only assume that some compiling issue was the problem during earlier Debian releases. Other than that, I have no idea :) Regards, Barrie -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
