Source: apt Version: 1.6~alpha5 Severity: wishlist I think it would be nice if 'apt show' worked on local .debs similar to how 'apt install' works on local .debs.
I think this would end up looking almost the same as the output of dpkg -I (upper-case I not an L) but the advantage is it might be easier for people to remember who use apt a lot more than dpkg. Thanks, Jeremy Bicha
