This I can't reproduce. The default after a fresh install should be sendmail="/usr/sbin/sendmail -oem -oi" According to the manual see [0] [0] https://www.neomutt.org/guide/reference.html#sendmail Elimar -- Never make anything simple and efficient when a way can be found to make it complex and wonderful ;-)
