Package: cpufreqd Version: 2.4.2-2+b1 Severity: normal Hi,
I'm experimenting lots of cpufreqd message in syslog about missing /sys files. It seems this does not alter the work of cpufreqd, but it grows syslog files. if I grep my current syslog file (starting at 00:00 today, and it is 18:47), I get: /var/log$ grep cpufreqd syslog | grep "couldn't open /sys/devices" | wc -l 1563 /var/log$ grep cpufreqd syslog | grep "couldn't open /sys/devices" | cut -d \ -f 5- | sort | uniq -c 521 cpufreqd: get_class_device_attribute: couldn't open /sys/devices/LNXSYSTM:00/LNXSYBUS:00/PNP0C0A:00/power_supply/BAT0/energy_full (No such file or directory) 521 cpufreqd: get_class_device_attribute: couldn't open /sys/devices/LNXSYSTM:00/LNXSYBUS:00/PNP0C0A:00/power_supply/BAT0/energy_now (No such file or directory) 521 cpufreqd: get_class_device_attribute: couldn't open /sys/devices/LNXSYSTM:00/LNXSYBUS:00/PNP0C0A:00/power_supply/BAT0/power_now (No such file or directory) It a bit too much from my point of view.
