Please select a upstream mirror different to ftp.de.debian.org, for
example the system behind it: debian.inf.tu-dresden.de. Only http is
guaranteed to be available at ftp.<CC>.d.o sites.
You exclude a large number of architectures. Since some versions of
ftpsync you can also set a architecture include list, which makes it
easier to read.
Please update your ftpsync version. Running a current ftpsync version
makes sure the update is done in a way apt does not blow up. Also it
allows us to monitor the status of the mirror in more detail.
