I'm not sure it's sensible to introduce compatibility links for every possible typoed version of a path. sftp-server has never been installed as /usr/lib/ssh/sftp-server in Debian; it was previously /usr/lib/sftp-server, and I've kept a compatibility symlink for that for over 12 years, but it's never been in /usr/lib/ssh/.
