I agree with your assessement. However I wonder if there's a better way to 
say 'I do not like tools to change the termtitle).

I wonder if there is a capability setting that one can enable or disable 
and that I can look at. That way you can simply say you don't want it (and 
ask all projects that rewrite the termtitle to check the capability).

Otherwise you'll have to specify it manually all the time.
