To reproduce the issue easily I create a new instance for server 2012, give
it basic settings (generally I do virtio but seems to happen with other
drivers)
select uefi firmware.
Boot the iso, go to the installation process, then it gives a BSOD after
formatting the disk and trying to copy files.
