Bug#832716: strophejs: Please package new version, update Homepage

Please consider updating the package.
Upstream is now at version 1.2.14 of 2017-06-17,
i.e. the Debian package is 3.5 years old.
The new version has ~35 upstream bugs fixed and many features added.
