Pedantic nitpickings is one thing, a test that is way too often actually
*wrong* is another thing. Yes, it'd be a good thing to have a more
fine-grained system of severities, but that's a totally unrelated issue,
as whatever system is adopted, lintian still should never hit *this*
unreliably on packages.
