Package: python3-gnupg
Version: 0.3.9-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Using Debian Stable, python3-gnupg fails to import keys with an exception.
Using OldStable, this import works.

from gpg import GPG
gpg = GPG(gnupghome="/path/to/keyring")
result = gpg.import_keys(strKey)

where strKey is a string containing a private key.
Using OldStable, this gives a result object describing the success, but using
Stable (Stretch) I get the following trace:

>>> result = gpg.import_keys(strKey)
