In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
- d/control, d/tests/*: MySQL autopkgtests.
- d/control: Retain Breaks/Replaces.
- d/gbp.conf: Retain git-buildpackage config, including use of pristine-tar.
- d/watch: Use tarballs.openstack.org.
