Hi as it wouldn't be too nice to put the members mail address list into the bug directly (thanks spammers), any DD can fetch todays variant on master.debian.org in ~joerg/debconf_lists/$listname
For the old archives, there is https://lists.debconf.org/mbox/ with a link to the lurker mbox of lurker archived lists (careful, direct links to gzip compressed mboxes). That misses the debconf-sponsors-team list, I'll fetch that out of mailmans archives on day of migration and provide it via master.d.o. (If listmaster hates the lurker mboxes for some reason, that can be done for the rest too, but they should work). Please tell me when you want to setup the lists, so I can make the old places a forwarder for a short time, to ease the migration somewhat.
