This update is mainly to adopt, move package to git, and update the policy. An update to the latest Keras version will come at a later time. Question: "gbp dch" naturally sets the package to UNRELEASED. Will the sponsor change UNRELEASED to experimental before uploading, or should I do it? Do I use "gbp tag" now, or after it is uploaded? regards, Steve
