Source: openvswitch Version: 2.8.1+dfsg1-2 Severity: important Tags: upstream Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past) User: debian-powe...@lists.debian.org Usertags: ppc64
Builds of openvswitch 2.8.1(+dfsg1) for ppc64 (admittedly not a release architecture) have been failing. At least in the case of -2 (https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=openvswitch&arch=ppc64&ver=2.8.1%2Bdfsg1-2&stamp=1509544622&raw=0) the test suite ran into the autobuilder's generous 600-minute timeout, and two tests explicitly failed: 15: bfd - bfd decay FAILED (bfd.at:396) 2362: ovn -- 1 LR with HA distributed router gateway port FAILED (ovn.at:8188) AFAICT, the test that never completed (presumably due to hanging or spinning) was 2356: ovn -- 4 HV, 1 LS, 1 LR, packet test with HA distributed router gateway port ok I don't have details on the failures because the timeout got in the way of the usual post-mortem reporting (and retrying), but perhaps you can reproduce the problem on a porter box. Could you please take a look? Thanks! -- Aaron M. Ucko, KB1CJC (amu at alum.mit.edu, ucko at debian.org) http://www.mit.edu/~amu/ | http://stuff.mit.edu/cgi/finger/?a...@monk.mit.edu
