Hello, Now that the gamin library package provides shlibs for libfam0, you've achieved what I was hoping for, but in a different way. When I filed the bug, building against libgamin0 meant depending on libgamin0 (which forced users to use gamin instead of fam, since fam didn't Provide gamin). I just built kdelibs against libgamin, and it wound up with Depends for libfam0 (not a versioned depends, but still...). So I'm happy, and if you agree with my assessment, go ahead and close this bug. Thanks, Christopher Martin
