does not need to be updated, as /usr/include and /usr/include/<triplet>
are part of the search path on Debian.
So, I'm attaching a new patch taking this into account.
So, in the tests that you mention, did you try to compile packages that
depend on libxslt, with this change enabled?

Changelog:
Move xsltconfig.h to an arch-specific include directory.
(This could be part of the patch as well, "dch" can help with the format
of debian/changelog)
