Hi, this is Debian bug #152203. You were able to do checks on sparc64 back in 2008. The underlying bug in libmhash was fixed in the mean time. Are you still in the situation to try things on sparc 64?
If so, it would be great if you would be able and willing to verify that aide works now even with the whirlpool hash on sparc 64. If you're not able to check, I'd like to close this bug with the end of 2017.
