Extra 277MB of junk, really? Is stuff like ODBC or mysql really useful for playing video files? I'm not sure what codecs I actually need (I don't know the tangle of mpeg/etc subformats), thus I don't know whether sticking to just -good would be acceptable, but at least a hard direct dependency comes via libfarstream-0.2-5 that would remove some programs I do use.
