I maintain the bpo of btrfs-progs, so while this bug no longer
exists in testing or sid it will affect bpo users. eg:

User has btrfs-progs-4.9.1-1~bpo9+1 installed and stretch-backports
enabled
I upload block btrfs-progs (>= 4.12)
Apt should block a users upgrade of btrfs-progs, because it will break
btrbk-0.24.0-1.

A resolution to bug -1 will prevent users from upgrading to newer
btrfs-progs in stretch-backports, unless #878926 is resolved.

That said, I fully support the resolution of bug -1 and have added it
a tracking bug for issues blocking my next stretch-backports upload.

Cheers,
Nicholas
