The xsltconfig.h file is still architecture-dependent. The
LIBXSLT_DEFAULT_PLUGINS_PATH() line is the only code differing between
architectures.
If the file is to remain architecture-dependent, it should probably move to
/usr/include/<triplet>/libxslt.
This would enable better multi-arch support for the package.
I just uploaded a NMU, the maintainers do not seem to be very active, so
perhaps you can NMU for this fix. (I didn't include a fix for this in
the NMU to not delay the other changes).
If it helps, if you prepare a patch and test, I can NMU for you.
