I've checked all three distros, Fedora and Arch use OpenSSL 1.0 to build bacula. For Gentoo I'm not sure I can parse the ebuild-files correctly, but I think they use LibreSSL - in any case there's no patch to enable building with OpenSSL 1.1. Regards, Carsten
