webkit-sharp was already marked for auto-removal from Debian testing because it depends on webkitgtk. https://bugs.debian.org/790217 webkitgtk is no longer maintained and suffers from several known security bugs. webkit2gtk is the currently maintained version. webkit-sharp2 (which uses webkit2gtk) was recently uploaded to Debian (unfortunately it also requires GTK3 which may be difficult for some old projects). webkit-sharp has one reverse dependency in Debian: blam.
