Package: virtualbox-5.1 Version: 5.1.28-117968~Ubuntu~xenial Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer, *** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? Updraded from Ubuntu 14.04 to 16.04, then had to uninstall virtual box (can not recall previosu version) downloaded 5.1.28 and ensured my existing Windows 10 VM would load. Then attempted to install the guest additions package and the VM crashes when trying to install the guest additions CD (again same version 5.1.28) Below is dmesg output [ 756.435771] VBoxNetFlt: Successfully started.
