Package: perf-tools-unstable Version: 0.0.1~20160212+git0c13e83-2 perf-tools-unstable's control file lists a Conflicts: ubuntu-dev-tools. I believe it should no longer conflict with ubuntu-dev-tools because perf-tools-unstable's bitesize was renamed to bitesize-perf and therefore no longer conflicts with ubuntu-dev-tools' bitesize.
