Yes, the change is probably in libclang1-3.9. But to me it only looks
like libclang1-3.9 got stricter on reading JSON. In the error message
you can see the error in the JSON that is sent to libclang1-3.9 from
ycmd. So, I think it is ycmd that is wrong. But earlier versions of
libclang1-3.9 was more forgiving. On the other end, libclang1-3.9 should
not crash on this? But last entry in a list or object of JSON should not
have a , at the end.
