Package: hostapd
Version: 1:0.5.0-1
When testing hostapd with piuparts, I got the following error:
1m51.9s ERROR: Package purging left files on system:
/etc/hostapd
owned by: hostapd
/etc/hostapd/hostapd.accept
/etc/hostapd/hostapd.deny
This seems related to the change in 1:0.4.2-1 where those two files were
moved to the examples directory. You may want to add a postinst script
that removes the files on upgrades so that everything is as neat as
possible. If they were marked as conffiles in a previous package, note
that dpkg does not remove them from the filesystem upon upgrade if the
new version no longer contains them.
