Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'stable'.
It installed fine in 'stable', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

See policy 7.6 at
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html#s-replaces

This test intentionally skips 'testing' to find file overwrite problems
before packages migrate from 'unstable' to 'testing'.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

After moving the .pc file to a different package, you of course
need to add (versioned) Breaks+Replaces against the packages that
previously contained the file. In this case that should be:

  Breaks: libgnuradio-fcdproplus3.7.10 (<< 3.7.25.4b6464b-3),
libgnuradio-fcdproplus3.7.11 (<< 3.7.25.4b6464b-4),
  Replaces: libgnuradio-fcdproplus3.7.10 (<< 3.7.25.4b6464b-3),
libgnuradio-fcdproplus3.7.11 (<< 3.7.25.4b6464b-4),

cheers,

Andreas
