Package: python3-pandas Version: 0.20.3-1 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
When trying to rebuild pandas, it build-depends on statsmodels which also build-depends on pandas. Statsmodels is only needed to run a few pandas tests and could be resolved either via a build profile or disabling tests during build and just use autopkgtests.
