It should not be ubuntu-specific, it should be a KDE policy. But I now see that the path has been changed since I reported this bug: now the paths used by KDE are /usr/share/accounts/{providers,services}/kde/ according to [1]. So, given that the current apparmor rules allow access to anything under /usr/share/accounts/services/, we should be fine. I'm just a bit puzzled because I don't see mc-5 being granted access to /usr/share/accounts/providers/**, which IIRC should be needed regardless of the KDE implementation -- but if you haven't received bugs about that, it might be that I'm mistaken and that's not needed after all.
