Bug#875360: FTBFS with Java 9: ant can't find tool(?)

This is another dead project upstream (last release in 2005, doesn't
support Java bytecode >= 7) and unused in Debian (with a surprisingly
high popcon for an unused library though). I think this package should
be removed.
