Hi,
Resolving #766780 seems to have pulled in a pair of disproportionally large
libraries:

The following NEW packages will be installed:
libicu52 libpsl0
The following packages will be upgraded:
wget
[...]
After this operation, 28,4 MB of additional disk space will be used.
Can this new dependency be made more optional, please? There's oh so many
situations where wget is used to download something where cookies are not
used at all, and having this amount of cruft lying around on the off chance
you enable cookies and then talk to a malicious server makes very littlek
sense.
