Please either fix apt to accept this, or clarify why this is illegal, so we can get geotranz fixed. My guess as to the relevant spec would be 5.1: https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-controlfields.html#s-controlsyntax > Empty field values are only permitted in source package control > files (debian/control).
