Hi Juan (if you're listening)

I have started an Alioth project for ltrace in the hope that a few
people can work together on it. It is

http://ltrace.alioth.debian.org

I have added you as a developer with full rights.

I already started making some changes, and started trying to close off
some old bugs.  You can see the ChangeLog in the ltrace distribution;
I modified that to be a GNU style changelog for the project.

Cristoph; could you upload what I have done so far. I will merge in
the architecture changes in a little while when this first update goes
through and (hopefully!) doesn't break anything.

Thanks,

-i
