In debian/copyright I'm afraid, the generalization for '*' doesn't really apply to, for instance, 'nautilus-admin.appdata.xml': as stated, it's 2016, not 2015-2017. Also, the translations usually (as the suggested template reads) waive copyright to the upstream author, hence there's Bruno's copyright and a mention of the translation author (but no copyright notice for them). Then update the Standards Version and it's good to go.
