Right, ftp.th.debian.org was pointing to ftp.coe.psu.ac.th, but since
the ftp.coe.psu.ac.th name failed to resolve very often, it was removed
from the debian mirror list and the ftp.th name removed.
Let me know when your mirroring situation is fixed, for instance by
picking a new upstream such as ftp.kaist.ac.kr, hanzubon.jp,
debian.linux.org.tw.
We can then re-add your mirror.
