Package: minitube
Followup-For: Bug #852601

after discussing this with a DM it was suggested that the 'totem' program also
has the ability to search youtube and it's debian package includes a valid
google API key[1] for this purpose; so perhaps minitube package could use that
key to satisfy option #2 above - it should probably be cleared with the totem
maintainer however, as to whether that uses a developer's personal key or if
the key is intended to be used "for debian" generally

also to note though, is that totem is a well-established project that has been
in debian for many years so it seems that the minitube program does not offer
any unique functionality and so removing it (option #4) would not remove any
functionality from debian - the dependency chain on a clean debian9 install is
much smaller though; which is itself, a valuable feature:

> totem: 129 packages - 72 MB download - 184 MB installed
> minitube: 7 packages - 2 MB download - 7 MB installed
