We try to have a well distributed mirroring hierarchy, and unfortunately
the resources on the syncproxies near the root of the tree are quite
limited.
Thus, we expect mirrors who sync off our syncproxies directly to carry
all archs, have set up push/ssh triggered mirroring, and to be very well
connected in their region and most importantly offer rsync and triggers
to downstream mirrors.
As such, I don't think your mirror currently is a good fit for mirroring
off our syncproxies.
Also, it seems that you successfully sync from ftp.kaist.ac.kr again, and you
have synced from that for about a month.
Yet, you still should refer to ftp.kaist.ac.kr as ftp.kaist.ac.kr and not as
ftp.kr.debian.org, and you should still update your ftpsync version.
