It can easily be fixed in your debian/po/POTFILES.in:
- [type: gettext/rfc822deb] cyrus22-common.templates
+ [type: gettext/rfc822deb] cyrus-common-2.2.templates
Please also consider adding debconf-updatepo to the clean target of the
debian/rules. You would have seen this error while building this package
and it ensures you that you have up-to-date po files in the source
package.
