It would be nice if the manpage showed how to use it, rather than
requiring the user to in order 1) google, 2) read the README (it's
been a few years since I had to resort to upstream's README, since
that information is not usually relevant to packaged software).
Possibly just duplicate the information:
First, you need to set up XMMS2-Scrobbler's config files. Config
values that are specific to the AudioScrobbler server go in
~/.config/xmms2/clients/xmms2-scrobbler/$SERVER_NAME/config. You
will usually have .../clients/xmms2-scrobbler/lastfm/config and
maybe .../clients/xmms2-scrobbler/librefm/config.
These server-specific config files contain your username and password
and the URL to use:

For libre.fm, use
handshake_url: http://turtle.libre.fm
Optionally, if you're behind a proxy, you'll need to tell
XMMS2-Scrobbler about that proxy. This information applies to all
servers and so goes in .../clients/xmms2-scrobbler/config.

Perhaps the symlink is necessary too. I set it up, but then
presumably got bitten by bug #798099 (which has a patch!)
