chrony, ntp and openntpd have all been fixed to ship native service files which have Conflicts=systemd-timesyncd.service I plan to drop /lib/systemd/system/systemd-timesyncd.service.d/disable-with-time-daemon.conf, so I'll leave it up to virtualbox-guest-utils to add a proper native service file.
