Package: kwin-x11
Version: 4:5.8.7-1
Severity: normal

After upgrading to the latest Unstable my laptop appears to have title bars
that are about 50% higher than previously. It also doesn't seem possible to
configure the height.

On a laptop with a wide screen vertical space is at a premium and the larger
title bars waste it. But ideally this would be configurable so people who like
big title bars (people with 4K monitors) can get it but people with cheaper
laptops can save space.
