Package: amarok Version: 1.3.8-1 Severity: normal When fetching lyrics, or adding lyrics, amarok uses the wrong charset in the urls it send. My mp3s have utf8-encoded id3 tags, and those are displayed correctly in amarok itself (e.g. "Vive La Fête"). However, when adding lyrics, amarok opens the url with url-encoded utf8 (e.g. [1], note the encoded %3C%AA == 'ê' in utf8, which should be %EA), while the lyrics site lyrc.com.ar only seems to support latin1. This causes the special chars to come out distorted (e.g. "Vive La Fête"). The same thing seems to happen when fetching lyrics.
